The Jafflechute

This is why Melbourne continues to be a progressive food city. I haven’t had the chance to take this in myself yet, but it’s on my list. The Jafflechute or in layman’s terms – a pressed sandwich falling from the sky attached to a parachute. Gnarly idea.  These are currently landing in Melbourne in select locations on select dates.  According to the website you just pick your Jaffle, pay on pay pass, select a time and boom –  you have a flying sandwich on its way.  Things like this keep food fun, the way it should be.  They drive the way we look at food and build a cities culture capital.  I can’t wait to try one for myself.  Remember to love what you eat and enjoy everything that is food!
